The vast knowledge and experience within our engineering teams covers almost every system and equipment manufacturer on the market. As a result we have the ability to fault find and resolve problems quickly and cost-effectively for any type or make of fire alarm or fire protection system.

Monitoring
We provide comprehensive monitoring service in partnership with BT RedCare. The service continuously monitors the status of your fire alarm system and will provide an immediate response (either via the fire brigade or your nominated key holders) in the event of an alarm activation.
Redcare alarm signalling is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via a BT phone line. If your alarm is triggered for any reason, the centre is alerted instantly and will summon the emergency services as appropriate.
