For a gaseous fire suppression systems to be at its most effective, the rooms and /or enclosed areas that they protect should be tested for their air-tightness – not only upon commissioning of the system but also at regular intervals from then on.

We can provide cost-effective room integrity and fan testing services for almost any type of room or enclosed space. This service will help to ensure that fire suppressing gases won’t leak from the rooms or areas that they re supposed to be protecting rather than suppressing the fire. The service includes providing full reporting of test data, certification and suggestions for any remedial work that may be needed.

We also offer a room sealing service if required. This can undertake any remedial work required to adequately seal a protected space to meet certification standards. This could include sealing holes, cracks or penetrations (such s pipe chases and cable trays) , caulking around walls, sealing of porous walls, and door and window seals.
