Ansul and Kitchen Systems
Restaurants and other catering establishments are now using higher temperature oils with higher ignition temperatures. These oils and the greases associated with cooking are increasing fire hazards. So, in addition to the water mist systems commonly used in commercial and industrial kitchens, it can often be necessary to employ Ansul systems to protect against the specific fire risks in such environments.

Intrinsically Safe - Systems
In extremely high fire risk and hazardous environments such as oil refineries it is essential to use Intrinsically Safe fire detection equipment and wiring. This equipment operates using electrical and thermal energy well below the level that might spark an explosion in a highly inflammable environment.
